I took a small break from writing during the month of June to focus on the many responsibilities life can bring. Maybe one day I’ll be completely adjusted to being back in the world, working full-time outside the home as well as still working full-time at home.
June brought the garden flourishing like I haven’t seen in the past few drought years. It’s still amazing to me how a few seeds, dirty hands, sweat and God’s greatness can create such glorious blessings in our garden. And all the beautiful flowers that I can never get enough of (much to my hubby’s chagrin) are incredible to look at around our property. Being around nature, flowers and the garden always makes me feel closer to my Creator.
